In all the years of collecting, I have never owned one of these types of boudoir doll smokers - 'til now. I have seen these doll heads made into a doll and have seen them as cheer sticks. This one appears to have once been a cheer stick as evidenced by the cork.

We recently found something that looks much like this with the cheervstick. Does an item like this have any clue?
